TNPSC has announced the recruitment notification for 10718 posts. The details related to post name vacancies. eligibility criterion, age limit and other related information about this recruitment is –

IMPORTANT DATES
The advertisement is published officially on 27 April 2012. The last date for submission of all kinds of profile is 28 may 2012. however the exam will be conducted on 7 july 2012 and the timing will be between 10 morning to 1 in noon.

AGE LIMIT
There are four categories of candidate and accordingly they have different age limit as per their category. for schedule caste, Schedule tribe and widows the maximum age for apply is 35 years. For other backwars classes and minorities callses the maximum age limit is 32 yesrs.

EDUCATIONAL ELIGIBILITY CRETERIONS –
there are different education qualification required for diiferent opsts. below you will find the eligibility creterion fro differen profiles.

1) TYPIST – must have a passing degree from government technical examination in typewriting.
2) STENO TYPIST grade 3 – must have pass governement exam both in typewriting and shorthand.

Candidate must also have good basic knowledge in computers and must have done a crertified recognised course in OFFICE.

EXAM pattern
THERE will be a written exam. the candidate will be judged on three subjects i.e general knowledge, general Tamil and general English. The syllabus for written exam can be downloaded from the official website of the organisation. The link to the official website is given at the end oft this post.

candidate can apply online on the official website of the organisation through internet. the application fee is RS 125.

during all the correspondence with the recruitment board and examination authorities the candidate must have a valid EMAIL id for all kind of correspondence with the organisation. the hall ticket, registration number and other important information will be send to the candidate Email id only.
